Blanket stripe lined selvedge denim jacket with a pleated front.  This one is inspired by 1940's-1950's denim work jackets, most especially the iconic Type II.  I've designed this jacket to give a little more range of motion in the arms, especially compared with Type III style jackets.

The shell is made from Cone Mills 11oz "shrink-to-fit" selvedge denim.  For the lining I've found a wool blend blanket stripe fabric that's fairly close to what would have been used mid-century.  Other details include laurel wreath tack buttons that have been individually aged for a unique patina, and adjustable waist tabs.

Note that this is a sample piece.  It has been warm soaked and dried to remove most of the shrinkage.  It does have a repair on the front waistband and a small hole on the rear right shoulder.  It is sold "as is" but will give many, many years of solid wear.
